A four-axis arm that sees parts on a tray, picks them and sorts them by colour and shape.
StageIn development, Stage 3 of 7
Pick small parts reliably when they arrive in any orientation.
A light, printed four-axis arm with a camera above the tray; the sorting logic and calibration routine are documented for reuse.
A camera above the tray finds each part’s outline; inverse kinematics plans the reach and the gripper closes on the narrowest side.

Close the loop between vision and grip, then test on mixed trays.
